The Hall Bros management team brings together construction and groundworks experts who share nearly a century's worth of industry experience between them . They have an innate understanding of clients' needs. They know that speed and quality are the most important factors in this industry and have established a workforce that embodies these pillars of success.

Our team take a personal approach to management and you can often find them out onsite rather than the boardroom. As a result, our clients rest easy knowing that directors take a personal interest in every project, and our operatives benefit by learning first-hand from the industry experts.

Managing Director

Steven Hall

A former Lance Corporal in the Royal Green Jackets regiment of the British Army, Steve has been involved in the construction industry in one form or another since he was a teenager.

After leaving the army in 1981, Steve developed his expertise in construction, demolition and asbestos removal before establishing Hall Bros with his brother Martin in 2005.

As Managing Director, Steve oversees the running of the company, provides staff with the resources to carry out their work safely and to the highest standards, and develops the culture of the company. Steve will always go above and beyond to complete a project on time and on budget, getting personally involved whenever necessary.
Financial & Operational Director

Martin Hall

Martin formed Hall Bros alongside his brother Steve in 2005. As Financial and Operations Director, Martin oversees the successful completion of all our contracts, and monitors all financial information.

Working closely with the team to ensure our high standards for quality are met, you can regularly find Martin on site providing expert insight and advice to guarantee our levels of excellence never falter.

Operations & Fleet Manager

Annie Grace Hall

Annie is responsible for making sure Hall Bros is running as well as it possibly can, and is providing the smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients.

Annie plays a key role in encouraging constant communication between departments and arranging frequent training for staff at all levels, making sure skills and qualifications reach nationally recognised standards.
Accounts

Brigitte Hall

Brigitte keeps Hall Bros accounts in perfect order, compiling and analysing account information on a daily basis.

Demonstrating exceptional finance and reporting skills, Brigitte prepares and manages all account work and documentation, helping our teams on site remain on budget as well as on schedule.
Project Manager

Keith Mckean

Joining Hall Bros at its inception in 2005, Keith has been an integral part of the company from day one. After starting out as a foreman, he quickly rose through the ranks, gaining extensive knowledge and multi-level insight into project operations on the way.

Today, as our Project Manager, Keith oversees every project, liaising with the relevant team members and ensuring the site teams have the right equipment, the right skills and the wherewithal to get the job done safely. He instils our highest standards of quality and time management across every project, from conception and planning through to completion.
Office Manager

Sam Hall

Having followed his father and uncle into the construction industry, Sam spent several years learning the trade completing a number of significant construction and demolition projects, as well as providing asbestos removal services. He joined Hall Bros at its formation and is now instrumental as a Office Manager, ensuring our contractors continue to deliver to our high standards.
HSQE Consultant

David Blair

Since 2017, working under Crusader Health & Safety Consulting, David has been responsible for ensuring that Hall Bros comply with all health and safety legislation across our sites.

David draws upon his wealth of experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing and risk assessment, to remain up to date with Health & Safety Executive legislation changes and advise on specialist areas such as fire, safeguarding machinery and disease.

Overrail Facilities is an organisation with a strong reputation in the planning and development of building fabrics and station refurbishment.

Overrail carries out all building and fabric works during projects, with services including roofing, window replacements, painting works, flooring, office refurbishments, kitchens and toilets (compliant to DDA), and brickwork and structures.
