HallBros to carry out maintenance work for Greater Anglia at Bury St Edmunds.

Drainage work

Phase 1: To dig down and expose the drainage once exposed clean out the run and put a new section pipe work in and install 2 number new band sills, then install pea shingle round the pipe and then back fill with type stone in layers of 100mm till we get to the underside of the slabs, then install sharp sand in 50mm layer then reinstall the slabs. 

Phase 2: Dig down other marked areas and to make the hole bigger where culvert found that had collapsed, Hall's then made the hole even bigger to repair the culvert and clean it out, then re-bricked up the culvert.
